Each branch keeps its own price list, so the products and prices shown are the ones that branch actually quotes. Pick yours and the site remembers it as you browse.

Product selections and prices differ between the two catalogues. An item listed in Nassau is not automatically available in Freeport, and the price may not be the same.

How ordering works

Three steps from catalogue to sales desk

Choose your branch

Nassau and Freeport carry different catalogues and different prices. Pick the branch you buy from and the site keeps it selected as you browse.

Search and add quantities

Search by item number, product name, brand or pack size. Add the quantities you need to your inquiry list as you go.

Send it to the sales team

Submit the list and it reaches the sales desk for that branch, with your item numbers and quantities laid out clearly.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve stock. A member of the sales team will confirm what is available and the current price.

Price control

Some goods carry a regulated maximum price

Selected products sold in The Bahamas are covered by government price-control regulations, which set maximum wholesale and maximum retail prices. Catalogue prices on this website are BWA's wholesale prices and are not the same thing as a government maximum retail price.

Requests are reviewed monthly by the Donations Committee and evaluated on impact, alignment, history and available budget. Product donations are more likely to be approved, as financial sponsorships are very limited.
