What this website collects

This website does not require an account and does not ask you to register. Information is only collected when you choose to send it: the contact form and the order request form.

Those forms collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, the products and quantities you selected, and any notes you write. Nothing else is requested.

Why it is collected

To answer your inquiry, confirm what is available and quote a current price. The information is sent to the sales desk of the branch you selected and is used for that purpose only.

Information stored on your device

Your selected branch and your inquiry list are stored in your own browser using local storage, so that your list survives moving between pages. This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere until you submit a request, and clearing your browser data removes it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

Submitted inquiries are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. They are handled by BWA staff and by the email service used to deliver form submissions.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and to keep ordinary business records. To ask what has been kept about you, or to have it removed, write to bwa@bahamaswholesale.com.
